Fees
Appointments can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the session. After that, the session will be charged in full.
Payment:

In cash at the end of the session for consultations in the practice

By bank transfer after reception of the invoice.
Insurance coverage & Refunds:

Public health insurance does not usually cover the sessions, unless you have reached an agreement with them beforehand to refund psychotherapy sessions with a "Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie". Discuss this possibility with your insurance provider directly.

Private insurances can cover the costs psychotherapy sessions. Check directly with your insurance provider to know if your're eligible.

Some employers offer to cover health related expenses up to a certain amount per year.
